Alice DOOLEY Obituary
Kathleen Dooley Hiett, and Dr. Marihelen Dooley (Michael) Monahan; loving Grandmother of 14 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren; beloved sister of Dottie Gels, Joan Ford, and the late Ruth McCarthy Zumberg. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Rose Catholic Church, 2501 Riverside Drive, 43202, Saturday, March 5 at 9:30 AM. Visitation will be held at church from 8:30am. until the time of Mass. Interment services will follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery, 701 East Ross Ave, 45217. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Richard L. and Alice M. Dooley Memorial Fund, c/o Xavier University, 3800 Victory Pkwy., 45207. Services provided by Geo. H. Rohde & Son Funeral Home. Online condolences can be provided at www.rohdefuneral.com

I was sorry to hear the news of my Great Aunt Alice's passing. When two people love each other so much and have been together so long, it is not surprising that they follow each other into God's arms so near in time.
My condolences are go out to both to my cousins and the extended Topmoeller Family.

Dear Family, I'm sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I have very fond memories of her dating back to 1966. Dad had gotten the news we were moving to D.C. and your mother helped to know moving would be fun and exciting. When we returned to Cincinnati our parents continued their friendship. Throughout my years at St. Vivians I would sometimes run across the street during recess, say and "hi" and return before the Sisters noticed I was gone. Your mother never told on me. I remember her fondly and again, am sorry for your loss. Tom Maj

I only had the privilege of meeting Alice once. She was a sweet lady. She was my Dad's first cousin. She will be missed

Always a lady of kindness and gentleness! My memories of her include the gratitude and affirmation she gave to all who came into contact with her!

I really enjoyed meeting both Col. and Mrs Dooley (I mean Alice....that's what she told me to call her) while they were living at Seasons. What very nice people! I hope God is enjoying having both of them with him.
