Alice E. (nee Zins), beloved wife of the late Earl E. Hillenbrand, devoted mother of Bob (Margie), Pete (Lynn), Will (Jane) and the late Rick Hillenbrand, dear mother-in-law of Sharon Hillenbrand, dear sister of Howard Zins and the late Bob Zins, Ruth Amberger and Clara Griemme, loving Nan Nan of David, Kathy, Dani, Lauren, Richard, Ian and the late Andrew Hillenbrand, loving great Nan Nan of Nikki Hillenbrand, Jalin and Brooklynn Hillenbrand. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015, age 93. Visitation Wednesday, September 23rd from 4-8 PM at Hodapp Funeral Home College Hill, 6041 Hamilton Avenue, 45224. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Clare, 1443 Cedar Avenue, College Hill, Thursday, September 24th at 11 AM. Burial private. Memorials may be made to Mount Healthy Christian Home. Will, Jane and Ian: Jim joins me in expressing sincere and deepest condolences at the passing of your dear mother and grandmother, for many years my gram's good neighbor. We still remember how sweet she was and how beautiful and delicious was our wedding cake she made 41 years ago. She was a blessing and we wish peace to your entire Hillenbrand Family.
