Bernadette Asbach Obituary
Bernadette "Bernie" (Wiebell), beloved wife of the late Robert E. Asbach. Devoted mother of Sister Bernadette Asbach, OSF and the late Robert K. "Bob" Asbach. Mother in law of Charlene Asbach. Loving grandmother of Steve (Mary Beth) Asbach, Mark (Christy) Asbach, Julie (Marc) Spiros and Michael Asbach. Great grandmother of 10. Great great grandmother of 2. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and good friends. Passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2011, at the age of 98. Visitation at Little Sisters of the Poor, 476 Riddle Road on Sunday (August 7) from 5-7p.m. and on Monday (August 8) from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sisters of St. Francis Oldenburg, P.O. Box 100 Oldenburg, IN 47036-0100 or Little Sisters of the Poor, 476 Riddle Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45220. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.thefrederickfuneralhome.com

I'm so sorry to hear that your mother passed. She's with our Lord and in good hands, not suffering anymore. You have been with her through good times and bad ones for that I know she was extremely grateful. I pray that our Lord takes away any pain that you might be feeling at this time of sorrow. You and your family are in my prayers.

Dear Bernie's Family,
I just learned of your loss from my Aunt Cecilia Weil. She was a special lady- friendly, kind and good. I have fond memories as a child of the monthly Sunday family pinnocle games that rotated all of the relative's homes - the beer, limburger cheese, onion and rye bread. AND those lovely cakes and desserts. Loved seeing her at Eal's 90th birthday.
Bernie lived a long, full life. My sincere condolences.
