Bertram H. "Bert" devoted husband of Ruth Steinhard (nee Herbig). Loving father of Scott (Monna) and Bruce (Kathie) Steinhard. Cherished grandfather of Nadine (Jake) Williams, Justin (Ali) Steinhard and Hannah Steinhard. Dear sister of Sylvia French. He passed peacefully on August 2, 2015 at the age of 92. Family and friends are invited to a visitation this evening from 5-8 PM with a F&AM #346 at 7:30 PM. and on Monday, August 10th, visitation from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 11 AM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City Avenue 45238.
