Cloyd DURHAM Obituary
DURHAM
Cloyd Dennie, 77 of Mt. Salem, formerly of Cincinnati, passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012 at home. Born Jan. 26, 1935 in Casey Co, he was the son of the late Carlis and Jennie Perkins Durham. He was a member of Indian Creek Baptist Church and a U.S. Navy Veteran. After 31 years he retired from General Electric in Cincinnati. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Rose Mary Dunn Durham, 1 son, Barry and his wife, Donna Durham of Cincinnati; he was the beloved pawpaw of 3 grandchildren: Leisha and her husband, Vernon Clark, Rose Ann Robinson and Ryan and his wife, Monetta Salyers; 3 great grandchildren: Danny and Leah Clark and Mikayla Robinson, all of Cincinnati; 5 brothers: Ulysses and his wife, Lotus Durham of Florence, Floyd and his wife, Marlene Durham of Science Hill, Elwood Durham, Carol and his wife, Marlin Durham, and Gary and his wife, Brenda Durham, all of Cedar Grove. Services 1 PM, Saturday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Kevin Pittman with burial in Hustonville Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8 pm, Fri. Pallbearers will be Ryan Salyers, Otis Delk, Terry Hogue, Ronald Baird, Danny Clark, Todd Harris, Jody Jarett and Carol Durham. In Lieu of flowers, donation may be made to The ALS Association Kentucky Chapter, 2807 Amsterdam Rd. Villa Hills, KY 41017. [email protected].
