Gerber, David, beloved husband of Valerie Bugbee Gerber for 34 years, devoted father of Sarah (Michael) Hughes, dear brother of Paul and the late Carol, brother in law of Kathryn Costas and also survived by nieces and nephew, Emily, Nicholas and Hailey, he was preceded in death by his parents Joan and Dr. Joseph Gerber. Passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017, age 56, residence Symmes Twp., OH. There will be a gathering of friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, Tuesday, November 28 from 5-7 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the APS Foundation of America, Inc. When you look back at the life you had with David, do not be sorrowful. Instead, look into your heart, and you will see you are weeping for that which has been your delight.
Dave touched and was always a delight to whoever he met.
Though I have not seen Dave in years, I so enjoyed working with him at Proscan. He was a confidant, a teacher and especially a friend, Dave will be missed but always an unforgettable memory.
