When you look back at the life you had with David, do not be sorrowful. Instead, look into your heart, and you will see you are weeping for that which has been your delight.
Dave touched and was always a delight to whoever he met.
Though I have not seen Dave in years, I so enjoyed working with him at Proscan. He was a confidant, a teacher and especially a friend, Dave will be missed but always an unforgettable memory.
