Elena Duvergès Blair, Ph.D. passed away on March 23, 2016 at age 89. Beloved wife of the late George A. Blair, Ph.D. Loving Mother of Paul Blair and Michele (Jason) Hays. Proud grandmother of Scott Hays. Associate professor of philosophy emerita at Xavier University; Plato scholar and author; authority on philosophy of woman. Organizer for the 1955 Argentine Revolución Libertadora and for Catholic Action; personal secretary for president Eduardo Lonardi. Lover of classical music, ballet, and opera. Devoted parishioner at St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Church. Visitation to be held Monday, Mar. 28 at 10am at St. Cecilia Church, with Mass of Christian Burial following at 11am.
