(Nancy), Dr. Stephen D. (Lauren) Heis and Sandra Shrock, step-brother of Judith A. Doyle and Patricia A. (Richard) Schneider, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Feb. 4, 2013. Age 67 years. Residence Anderson Twp. Memorial Service at T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Sat. Feb. 9, at 12:00 NOON. Friends may visit on Sat. from 11 AM to 12 Noon. Private interment was held at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Memorials to American Heart Association
