Gerald "Jerry" Dugan, 1943-2020. Brother of Janis Cupito & JoAnn Mercer. Dear friend of Natalie Moore. Died January 6, in Houston, TX, where he lived and taught for 40 years. Private services. Donations can be made to: Elder High School Scholarship Fund, 3900 Vincent Avenue, Cinti OH 45205 or to your local SPCA.
