Mr. Botter was one of my first soccer coaches, some 50 years ago. I still think about him whenever I pass his house. I don't remember if we won or lost much, but I remember he helped us kids to learn and love the game itself. I hope in my years of coaching, I was able to honor him by passing that love of the game along to my players as well. Hi Danny, so sorry about your dad. I always remember you making me laugh when we were playing fullback and we were joking around while the ball was downfield. Go Meteors!
