Sr. Beloved husband of the late Loretta "Sis" (Allison) Blake; special friend of Phyllis Carter; devoted father of Stephanie (Millard) Sauter Singleton, Marilyn Kay (Butch Bowman) Pierson, James (Janice) R. Blake, Jr, and Lisa (Kenny) Chandler; loving grandfather of 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. August 4, 2016; age 84; residence, Ft. Myers, Florida formerly of Ross, OH; Employed at Fernald, Gulf Refinery, and State of Ohio; Member of Snow Masonic Lodge #193 F&AM. Visitation Charles C Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Rd., Ross, OH on Friday, August 12 from 10 am until the time of the service at 12 noon. If desired, donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, or Snow Lodge #193, or Casana-Childhood Apraxia of Speech Association of North America www.spraxi-kids.org.
