Jim was one of the best instructors I ever had in OSHA. I was also fortunate to have his expertise on several cases over the years. You have made an impact, Jim, and will be missed and never forgotten.

I have worked with Jim while he was with OSHA and as an expert consultant contracted by OSHA, he was a pleasure to be around, dedicated to safety and health and will be sorely missed. There will be a void of knowledge with his passing that just can't be replaced. I wish all his family my deepest sympathy.

I worked with Jim during his time with the U.S. Department of Labor. He was a very dedicated and highly competent public servant. When you needed him, he was always there. Jim will be greatly missed.

Grew up and went to school with Jim. Played softball with him. Truly one of the best ones to come out of Camp Washington.
