Jeremiah, age 79, May 10, 2015, Cincinnati. He leaves of 56 years wife Annie Lee Cook and is survived by children Dean, Dolores, Dorothea, Demetrius, Daniella, and DeRamus, and the late Dionne; a brother,Daniel, two sisters Sarah and Hattie; and a host of family and friends. Funeral service Saturday 10:00am at Tryed Stone New Beginnings Church, 5550 Reading Rd. Visitation 9-10am. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Thompson, Hall and Jordan Funeral Homes.

My Dear Uncle, my second father
So many times we talked about this day coming and how we need to be ready, but here it is, I'm sure you were ready you have been for a while...but uncle J I wasn't ready for you to go, I wasn't ready to stop having our weekly talks, I miss the times you visited and I miss our routine of me having a variety of Bologna waiting for you as you prepare for your fishing trips....
Oh uncle my heart is broken, and I miss you so much and I know you told me it'll be ok when God calls you home and that he makes no mistakes
But at this moment at this particular time, it's so hard to accept.
I love you so much Uncle Jeremiah .
I thank God for the years that he allowed you to be in our lives and I pray that we all meet again in heaven to sing and praise his holy name
