Frances Dickie Obituary
Frances passed away in her sleep on May 1, 2009. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Proctor and her second husband, Roland Dickie. Survived by her beloved step daughter, Peggy Proctor and step son, Jack Proctor. She also leaves cherished nieces and nephews, Allene (deceased), Patrick, Dan, John, Joanie, Lisa, Laura and Denise. Special love also goes to devoted neighbors, Doug and Gina. She was a member of the Sacramento Jazz Society, St. Michael's Actor's Guild and the Carmichael Elk's Lodge # 2103 Emblem Club. Services will be held at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 2140 Mission Ave., Carmichael, CA 95608, Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 11 AM. Donations in Fran's name may be made to St. Michael's in remembrance.
