Joseph STIGLER Obituary
STIGLER
Joseph J., beloved husband of Patricia Stigler (nee Houillion) of 66 years, loving father of Debbie (Roger) Tenhundfeld, Joseph (Margie) Stigler, Mary (Frank) Brauer, and Julie (Richard) Hoblitzell, also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Joseph grew up as the oldest of 9 children in the Northside neighborhood of Cincinnati. He passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the age of 88. He was the founder of Stigler Supply Company, a devout Catholic and a lover of golf at Miami View Golf Club. Visitation will be held at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 12191 Mill Road, 45240 on Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 10 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Roger Bacon High School. www.paulyoungfuneralhome.com

Joe had eight siblings. Their names are Marilyn Stigler Thiergartner (deceased), Rosalie Felix, David F. Stigler, Alan J. Stigler, James E. Stigler, Carol R. Stigler, Margaret M. Stigler (AKA Margie), and Ann L. Stigler. We used to enjoy our periodic sibling dinners, but recent health issues kept us from keeping up this tradition. We will still miss his presence on this earth. We grieve his loss.
