Melva "Mickey" Beloved wife of Gene Jacobs, Jr. Loving mother of Rhonda Fries (Brent), Nicole Hilliker (Andy) and Robert Jacobs (Lisa). Devoted Grandma of Hunter and Brent Fries Jr., Michael and Cammie Hilliker. Dear sister of Colendia Lunsford, Michele Kasley, William and Julius McKinney and Jimmy Jackson and the late Dewey Jr. and Jerome McKinney. April 23, 2012 Age 47. Visitation Thursday from 5-8pm at Minges Funeral Home 10385 New Haven Rd., Harrison where funeral services will be held Friday at 11am. Burial New Haven Cemetery. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45206 or to Hospice of Cincinnati, Box 633597 Cincinnati, Ohio 45263.

Dear Gene and Family,
We were so saddened by the loss of Mickey. We just could not believe it when we saw her notice in the Northwest press and by that time it her funeral had passed. I did not know Mickey as long as Dave, but she was a great lady and will surely be missed by all. I loved her laugh. Our best to her family, Dave and Debbie Schwemberger

Mickey, I wished I would had more time having you as my friend, I love ya girl, and you will missed by so many. I will cherish my memories I had withy you. Your last smile, my last hug and our last words. Damn girl, I have to make my own chicken now. LOL.. May you rest in Peace my dear forever Friend..
