Melvin J. "Porky" - Beloved husband of the late Helen Cable (nee Griffin). Much loved Uncle and cherished friend to many. Member of the Hamilton Elks Lodge #93. WWII Army Air Corp Veteran. Passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at the age of 94 years. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 29th from 1 PM until time of Service at 2:45 PM at the Gwen Mooney Funeral Home, 4389 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45223.Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed by a memorial contribution to Honor Flight Tri-State, 8627 Calumet Way, Cincinnati, OH 45249 or to the American Cancer Society.
