Patricia Chalk Obituary
Cincinnati - Patricia "Patty" K. Chalk, age 76, of Cincinnati, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021. She was born on July 13, 1944 in Alexandria, KY, the daughter of the late Louis and Margie (Nordwick) Chalk. Patty never met a stranger and was always smiling and cheerful. She was an avid bingo player and loved to sing, showing off her beautiful voice. The world was a better place with Patty here. She is survived by her brother Greg
(Camille) Frye; seven nieces and nephews Libby (Jim) Uetrecht, Scott
(Renee) Osterfeld, Colleen Frye, Eric (Carlotta) Frye, Chris (Jody) Chalk, Kerri (Steve) Frazier, Kasey (Scott) Rouse, her close friend Joan Hamamoto, as well as many other family and friends. Patty was preceded in death by her sister Carol (Dennis) Osterfeld and brother Paul (Barb) Chalk. The family would like to thank the staff and her friends at St.
Margaret Hall for being so nice and helpful to Patty during her stay. A private service was held, followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to St. Margaret Hall, 1960 Madison Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45206. Fares J. Radel Funeral Home is serving the family.
