Ray BRADFORD Obituary

BRADFORD Ray, M.D., beloved husband of the late Marlena Felter Bradford, devoted father of Reid Montgomery Bradford and Eric Lloyd Bradford. Also cherished by grandchildren, Reid M. Bradford, Jr. Tully Bradford and Elizabeth Bradford. Dr. Bradford passed away, April 7, 2008 at 84 years of age. He was a member of Queen City Club since 1959, Travel Club, Navy League, Cincinnati Historical society, Military Order of world Wars, Reserves Officers Association, MIT Club, American College of Legal Medicine, Society of Medicine, consultant to the Arm Forces and Ohio society of Gentlemen's Farmers. Served on Board of Directors for Junior Achievement, Academy of Medicine, Ohio State Medical Association, American Medical Association American Academy of Ophthalmology, and Society of Eye Surgeons, Ohio State Ophthalmology, and Royal Society of Health. Also active with Cincinnati Park Board, receiving its annual award in 1978. WWII and Korean War Veteran. The family will receive friends during visitation Friday, April 11, 2008 at the Norman Chapel at Spring Grove Cemetery from 1:00 p.m. until time of service 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Spring Grove Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Gwen Mooney Funeral Home (853-1035)
