Raymond J. "Ray", beloved husband for 52 years to Nancy (nee Woodall) Ellert. Devoted father of Lisa (Dan) McCarthy, Randy (Kim) Ellert, Mark (Sylvia) Ellert, Karen Bick and Steve (Crystal) Ellert. Loving grandfather of Bridgitte, Christina, Brittney, Allison, Jessica, Emily, Sophia, Isaiah, Michael and Laura. Son of the late Henry and Antoinette (nee Torbeck) Ellert. Dear brother of Elmer (late Irene) Ellert, Richard (Rose Mary) Ellert, the late Billy Ellert and Shirley (late Ron) Mersch. Sunday, July 24, 2011, age 74. Visitation at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd., on Thursday (July 28) from 12:00 noon- 1:00 p.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ignatius Church at 1:30 p.m. Burial in St. James Cemetery. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, 644 Linn St. Suite 304, Cincinnati, OH 45203. Condolences may be expressed at www.thefrederickfuneralhome.com
