Ronald Lee BALLINGER

BALLINGER Ronald Lee, beloved husband of 56 years to Patricia Ann (nee Gifford) Ballinger; devoted father of Rhonda (Steve) Waller and Lee (Greg) Pace; loving grandfather of Christopher Gilb and Brooke Pearcy; and two great grandsons; dear son of Evelyn Fryer and the late Homer Ballinger; and dear brother of William Fryer, passed away Sunday, February 18, at the age of 74, as a proud veteran of the U.S.A.F. Ron was a long-time member of the Melrose Lodge, Scottish Rite, and the Syrian Shrine Temple, where he was honored as "Shriner of the Year" in 2002. He was past president of the Syrian Social club, past president of the Ambassadors, and a long time volunteer in the office at the Syrian Temple. He was a friend to many, and respected by all who knew him. Friends may call 6-8 P.M., Tuesday, at Woodhead Funeral Home, 310 W. Shelby St., Falmouth, Kentucky 41040, and from 1-2 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home preceding the service at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Falmouth, with military honors by the Hardin- Browning Post #109. Memorials are suggested to the Syrian Shrine Temple, 217, Wm.
