Rosemary REYLAND Obituary

REYLAND Rosemary (nee Berglar), the dearly loved daughter of Elaine Marie and Francis Bernard Berglar was born and raised in St. Louis Mo. She was the beloved wife of John M. Reyland, LTC USAF Retired, also born and raised in St. Louis Mo. Rosemary was the cherished mother of John M. (Diane) Reyland Jr., (Cedar Rapids, IA) Mary E. (Steven Anderson) Reyland, (Denver CO) James F. (Deborah) Reyland, (Nashville TN) Susan A. Reyland, (Denver CO) Mark T. (Debra) Reyland, (Cincinnati, OH) Patricia L. (Roderick) Broadnax, (Charlotte NC) and Paul A. (Michelle) Reyland, (San Clemente, CA). She is survived by 16 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Rosemary passed away on Friday, February 5th at the age of 79. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, February 11th from 8:30AM until 10AM. The funeral mass will take place at 10AM at St. Gertrude Catholic Church, 7630 Shawnee Run Rd. (45243) completing Rosemary's lifelong dedication to the Dominican Order. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Rosemary enjoyed traveling the world and spending time with her many friends and large extended family. They gave her a great sense of peace and comfort as did her rose garden and talent for poetry. Mrs. Reyland was a thirty year volunteer and V.P. with Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati and Ohio Right to Life where she won the prestige's Father Paul A. Huber award in 2002. The family has asked that donations be directed in lieu of flowers to that organization at 1802 W. Galbraith Rd. (45239) or to Hospice of Greater Cincinnati.
