My deepest sympathies to you Cindy and your family. Steve was a true gentleman and one of the most stand up guys that it has been my privilege to know. May the love he felt for all of you help to console you in this time of sorrow. He, you and your family will be in my prayers.

My deepest condolences! I had the honor of starting at P&G with Steve (Mehoopany Class of 1978). He was a great guy that I always enjoyed working with. He was bright, incredibly committed and a wonderful team player. He was also a very proud Husband and Dad. The world has lost a great man!

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Dilandro family. I had the pleasure of working with Steve. He was a caring person with strong integrity. He often spoke of his family and when he did it was always with great love and pride. He will be will be sorely missed.

DiLandro Family,
I'm in shock and tears! I didn't know that he'd been ill.
I had the great privilege of working for Steve for about three years (1997-2000). It is because of him, and his belief in me, that I was promoted to management in 2000. I know that I was a better manager and a better person for having had the opportunity to know and work so closely with him. He empowered me to do as much as I could and gave me opportunities to "shine".
I remember so many stories about Christine, Stefanie, and Gregory! I remember him dieting each year prior to your beach vacations and hearing stories when he returned. I also remember how proud he was of Cindy, both for how she cared for their children and in her career.
Steve's pride in his Catholic faith came out in one of my last conversations with him. Gregory and Sara were going through marriage prep classes at my church, Crossroads, and my husband and I were facilitators. While he was so excited for them, he made it known to me that Crossroads was a little different and certainly wasn't Catholic.
His love for all of you permeated everything he did and how he did it. What a class act he was! I will miss him but never forget him and everything he did for me and taught me.

We were so saddened to hear of the loss of Steve today. He will be missed by so many of his P&G, St. Columban, Oasis and Loveland friends. A true gentleman and a gift to all who were so blessed to have known him, his giving character and delightful smile. We'll always remember Steve as such a great and proud father, loving husband and devoted friend, co-worker and Oasis Golf member. Our thoughts, many blessings, love and prayers are with all of Steve's very special Dilandro Family, all so dear to him.
