Thomas Suttmann Obituary
Green Twp. - Thomas G. Suttmann, beloved husband of Ann Suttmann (nee Pestak). Devoted father of James "Jim" (Karen) Suttmann, Paul (Erin) Suttmann and Stephanie Herro. Loving grandfather of Lucas, Megan, Isaac, Elijah and Rebecca Suttmann, Nicholas and Jonah Herro. Dear brother of Patricia "Pat" (late Rick) Dove. Thomas passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family and Fr. Geoff Drew on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at the age of 71. Visitation will take place at St. Ignatius Church, 5222 North Bend Rd. on Friday (Dec 28) from 10:30am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to USS VI Submarine Cincinnati Base c/o Joe Koize, 2331 W. North Bend Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45239-6809 or to St. Ignatius Church (please put in memo line St. Peter Upendo Project), this project is drilling for fresh drinking water in Africa. Paul,Our condolences to you and the rest of your family at this difficult time. You and I will share some special thoughts going forward as I lost my mother on Dec 22 this year. Tom will be missed by the Submarine Veterans of Cincinnati. He contributed so much to our base. Sailor, Rest Your Oars, your journey on earth is complete, you now will sail the seas in heaven.
