Genise Matheson Obituary
Arden - Genise Miller Matheson, 50, of Arden, passed away unexpectedly September 30, 2013 along with her husband, Robert Jesse Matheson at their residence.
Mrs. Matheson was born October 16, 1962 in Buncombe County to Dortha Miller and the late William Jason Miller.
She was a graduate of A. C. Reynolds High School and AB Tech. Genise was employed as a Registered Nurse with Mission Hospital and was a member of Morningside Baptist Church.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Liam Matheson; brother, William Jason Miller, Jr.; aunt, Margie Cooper; and several cousins.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, October 4, 2013 at 1:30 pm at Berea Baptist Church. Burial will be in Grassy Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
Arrangements are in the care of Harwood Home for Funerals.
