TO THE DEPT. AND THE CITIZENS HE SERVED. WE REMAINED FRIENDS WELL BEYOND OUR RETIREMENTS. SEE YOU BEYOND HEAVENS GATES. !!!

I WORKED WITH STEVE ALTER AT MIRAMAR P.D. FOR MANY YEARS. WE BECAME BROTHERS IN THE THIN BLUE
LINE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT. STEVE WAS A GOOD POLICE OFFICER AND TREATED EVERYONE IN A PROFESSIONAL AND CARING WAY. I VISITED FRANKLIN, NC BECAUSE I HAD A BROTHER AND HIS FAMILY LIVING
THERE AND I MET UP WITH STEVE AND HAD A GOOD DAY. TO HIS FAMILY MEMBERS I'D LIKE TO SAY CLING TO
THE GOOD MEMORIES OF STEVE AND REMEMBER ONLY THE BEST IN HIM. I WILL MISS MY 'BROTHER ' WHO IS
AT PEACE NOW BEHIND HEAVEN'S GATES. !!!!
