Oh, what a WONDERFUL soul you are, Kathe! I agree 100% with the comment, "To know her is to love her!" I was part of the knitting group when I was at Warren Wilson ('90). The only sweater I've ever made (for my dear nephew) was through her patient guidance. I LOVE YOU, beautiful soul! Sorrowful news to know I will not see your face and hear your joyful laughter again. However, my life is so much richer for having shared sweet time with you. I still have a glasses case you knitted and gave me as a graduation gift. Heaven beamed a bit brighter when you shed your skin and loved ones realized your spirit is free. Gees, I love you and I am very sorry for your family's (and friends) loss. Sending peace and hope for comfort and serenity to breathe into days ahead. Much love to you.

Love looking at this picture and reading this wonderful remembrance. Bill, Susie, Tommy - I’m thinking of you. Kathe always made me feel so good, called me by name, and always stopped while passing me on the streets downtown for years. All my best to you and your family and friends. Karin Erickson (WWC-97)

I can never recall a time when I encountered her that she didn't smile and call me by name while gifting me with her graceful manner! Always the willing conversationalist, she made me feel as if I was the only one there! The Warren Wilson community will not be the same without her. Bill, I am so very sorry for your loss!

Thank you for your warmth, light, and generosity. I visited your home for a dinner with your family and other WWC students a few days before we traveled to India with Bill. It was a lovely summer evening that has stayed with me over 30 years. Love to you all.

She and Bill had been our great friends since last 35 years. She visited us In India only two years back and joyfully participated in a marriage of our inmate’s daughter.
We, me and my wife still cherish our sweet memories of them.
Our love and prayers .

Bill, a gifted photographer, always caught the essence of the subject he was photographing. Thou I didn't know Kathe, it's obvious to me that he saw in her what he needed and wanted in a life partner. What a gift.

As a member of the knitting group years ago at Warren Wilson College, Katherine was everything mentioned, and more. I remember her sparkly eyes whenever she smiled, which was most of the time. She loved knitting and always took time to help anyone who didn't understand a pattern.
She always loved sharing stories about her children, who were the loves of her life.
She will be dearly missed.

She was all that was posted and more, truly a person of kindred spirit and a friend indeed. I enjoyed our time singing and just having fun at the Warren Wilson Church, College, and College View Friends. What a joy to be around and most of all, a kindness of heart. May she rest in peace. My and Sharon's sincere heartfelt condolences to the Mosher family.

Always a beautiful smile and a sparkle in her eye. I would run into Mrs Mosher in the Parkway gift shop or at a random sale and she would always take a moment to stop and talk awhile. She will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with Tommy , Susie, Mr Mosher and extended family.

We knew Kathe for over 50 years, mainly through our association with the the Warren Wilson family of friends and associates. We fondly remember her as a warm friendly human being, always ready with an enthusiastic greeting which always made us feel valued in her company. We hope these words of consolation bring a measure of comfort to Bill, Tommy and Susie in their time of sorrow.
