Didn't know Boots personally, and yet I feel as if I'd known him my whole life. Reminds me of my papa. Thanks to Justin and Rebekah for sharing him with the world through YouTube. A world without Willard (and folks like him) isn't a world i'd care to live in. So glad we all got to know him a little. My prayers are with the entire family in these dark times. Take time to grieve. Take time to heal. Take time to grow and remember. Dream of him in love and light, pain free, young and in a garden dancing in Heaven, watching vlogs. Love from SC.

We are very sorry for the loss of Boots. We have read the sentiments that others have expressed, especially about the Legacy that Boots has left, and that we must also express our gratitude for the superb Daughter in Law (Shelby/Red) that he has left our family. We hope to try and fill a portion of his Boots and continue on that legacy now with our family. Our thoughts and prayers to the entire family and we hope your hearts heal soon.

What a life well lived! One seldom meets someone who was loved and appreciated more than Boots by everyone who knew him. We have many fond memories of Boots (he even named a cow after Susan - then she named her dog after him). He will be truly missed by us. We are honored to have been called his friends.

I don't think we ever personally got to meet Mr. Rhodes but we did get to see some of his wit and wisdom through knowing Jason, Justin and Kelly and most of all through Jason's amazing writings about his father who obviously engaged in a true father/child deep relationships. Our prayers are with the entire family during this difficult time! Debbie and Barry Wilson
