I am deeply saddened with the passing of my friend Ed and extend my condolences to his family and friends. I haven't seen Ed in quite some time, however, we kept in touch via social media. There are many memories I have of him. I'll never forget the first time we met. We worked next door to one another. I had just finished working and my car wouldn't start. I was upset because I was heading to church choir practice in preparation for our Easter services. He saw my distress and offered to help by jump starting my car. I was so happy and expressed my thanks through joy as I rushed to leave and parted with goodbyes. His response was "I love you too." This took me by surprise but then I realized that I forgot to actually say thank you. I apologized for my demeanor. I thank God for the special moments in time that I shared with Ed. I thank God for the promise of everlasting life. I know we will meet again someday. Thank you for jump starting my heart. Love, Karin Michelle Kamor
