Helen Mizenko of Wyoming passed away Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023, at the gracious age of 96.
She was born in Swoyersville, daughter of William and Anna Urban. Helen enjoyed her travels from New Jersey to Hawaii with her husband John, who passed in 2011. She was laid to rest in a private service on Saturday, reunited back with John to take their next adventures in life together again.
She was preceded in death by brother, William Urban; and sister, Anna Novak.
Helen is survived by sister, Irene Gieda, Pottstown; children, John, Colorado; David and wife, Wendy, Hanover; Linda Noto and husband, Joe, Virginia; and Allan, Wyoming; grandchildren, David and Sarah Mizenko, Jennifer Roach and Joseph and Michael Noto; great-grandchildren, Seth, Jacob and Gianna Roach and Eve Noto.
A funeral was held Saturday from A J Kopicki Funeral Home, Kingston, with a Mass of Divine Liturgy in St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, Kingston, and interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dallas.
