My sincere condolences to you- all the Pelchar family, on John's passing. I was just a teenager then, working in the family market. If it was a summer Sunday, (1) John would come in around noon and pretty much clean out the meat case, (2) he'd be washing that beautiful Olds over at Rich's, (RIP) and the big cigar would be doing double time. I hope its a consolation for you that a lot of people will think back for a long, long time on John Pelchar and smile. I will, and I know my dad, Alex- would as well. RIP

So sorry to see the passing of Jackie. I grew up across the street from him and we along with Wayne and the rest of the kids in the neighborhood had many many fun times playing. Jack was the first to drive and he would take several of us to Purvins for those ice creme treats. Seems just like yesterday. Jack was so proud of his flaming red Oldsmobile waxing and washing it on a weekly basis. A good wrestler and the punter for G.A.R. May you rest in peace Jack. Thanks for the great memories.

I will always remember the good times we had on all those bowling trips we took, but most of all I will remember a brother in law that was always good to me. Give Carol Ann a big hug for me. RIP Hoop I.
