Joyce Soluri Obituary

Joyce Ann Vest Soluri of Scranton passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014, in Scranton. Her husband is Paul Soluri Jr.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, daughter of Thomas Vest and Carol Kahanic Beader, she attended Mid Valley High School.

She was a member of Blessed Sacrament, Throop.

She is survived by a daughter, Gianna Nicole Soluri, Dunmore; a son, Damon James Pitoniak, Jessup; two sisters, Nicole Vest, Georgia; and Amber Beader, Dunmore; one brother, Kevin Vest and wife, Darlene, Scranton; stepmother, Sandra Vest; stepfather, Frank Beader; aunts, uncles and sousins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Thursday from Howard J. Snowdon Funeral Home, 1810 Sanderson Ave., Scranton, with the Rev. Ken Goodrich, pastor, Provenance Presbyterian, Scranton, officiating. Friends may call from 5 p.m. until service time on Thursday. Interment will be in St. Michael's Byzantine Cemetery, Dunmore.
