Julianna Strolin Obituary

Julianna F. Buczynski Strolin, 92, of Robbinsville, N.J., entered into eternal life Sunday morning at Morris Hall Health & Rehabilitation Center, Lawrenceville, N.J., following an illness.

Born April 10, 1915, in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Martha Kryzan Buczynski. She was educated in Wilkes-Barre schools, before relocating to New Jersey. Until her retirement, she and her late husband owned and operated Toth's Deli, Dunellen, N.J., for many years.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, Yardville, N.J., and held her roots in St. Stanislaus Kostka Roman Catholic Church, North Wilkes-Barre.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Joseph Toth, and second husband, Christian Strolin; brothers, John, Stanley and Frank Buczynski.

Surviving are her daughters, Maryanne Canavesio, Robbinsville, N.J., with whom she resided; Barbara Stovel, Bound Brook, N.J.; grandchildren, Glen Stovel, Amy Stovel and Cindy Canavesio; great-granddaughter, Caitlyn Stovel; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Stovel will be conducted Friday at 9:30 from John V. Morris Funeral Home, 625 N. Main St., North Wilkes-Barre, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 in St. Stanislaus Kostka Roman Catholic Church, with the Rev. Joseph M. Horanzy, pastor emeritus, officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Plains Township. Friends may call Thursday, 5 to 8 p.m.

In lieu of floral tributes, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Strolin's memory to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, 555 Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ 08620.
