Larry I. Kishbaugh, 74, of Mountain Top, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024, at Mountain City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Hazle Twp.
Born in Berwick, he was the son of the late Wooden and Violet Rider Kishbaugh. After graduating from Bloomsburg High School, Larry graduated from the Geisinger Medical Center School of Technology. He married his wife, Roberta Martz Kishbaugh in October 1971, moved to the Poconos in 1973 and worked for Pocono Eye Associates as a retinal angiographer until his retirement in 2012. Larry was an avid reader, a third-degree black belt, taught Tai Chi and loved old cars, especially Studebakers.
Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, were sisters, Audrey Whitmoyer and Margie Shimp.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, Roberta, are his son, Justin and wife, Galateia; nieces, Kelly, Karen, Heather, Tara and Sharon; and nephews, Frank, Bill and Jim.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday from McCune Funeral Home, Mountain Top. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. to service time.
