So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. Mike taught me how to play guitar when I was 12yrs. old (he was 20) after I gave up but then found him as a teacher. He shared with me a lifetime gift that I am eternally grateful for. I think of him often and always will. Thank you Mike.

Lay down the song you strum
And rest yourself 'neath the strength of strings
No voice can hope to hum" B.Dylan

So sad to hear about Mike's passing. My condolences to Mike's family. I was a former guitar student and became friends with Mike. He inspired me to play guitar and was a great guitar player. I will miss our conversations about guitars and music. Rest in Peace my friend.
