Michael Zaladonis Obituary
Born in Taylor, on Nov. 30, 1953, and the son of the late Casimir and Celia Cure Zaladonis, Michael graduated from Pittston Area High School, Class of 1972.
He enjoyed fishing and hiking and was a diehard football fan, loving the Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State Nittany Lions.
He leaves three children, Michael Zaladonis and wife, Elizabeth, New Jersey; Todd Zaladonis and wife, Rachel, Delaware; and Laura Winters, King of Prussia; three grandchildren, Claire Zaladonis, Colin Zaladonis and Dylan Winters; four siblings, James Zaladonis, Duryea; Thomas Zaladonis, Pittston; Kay Timlin, Avoca; and Mary Shaunessy, Ohio; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael's name to the National Stroke Association, c/o 9707 E. Easter Lane, Suite B, Centennial, CO 80112.
Private arrangements are under the care of Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Homes Inc., 517 N. Main St., Old Forge. Please visit the funeral home's website to leave condolences.
