Miguel Vergara Obituary
Miguel Vergara, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, at his home.
Born May 23, 1971, in Huetlan El Chico, Mexico, he was the son of Urbano Vergara, Mexico; and Leoba Acevedo Vergara, Nanticoke.
Miguel was employed as a machine operator by General Dynamics, Hanover Twp., for over 10 years.
He enjoyed fishing and playing volleyball and handball in his spare time.
Surviving are his daughters, Jocelyn, Maritza and Maribel Vergara, all of Wilkes-Barre; grandchildren, Janellie and Julie Munoz; Caden and Valerie Salas; and Maddison Munoz; brothers, Guillermo and Taurino Vergara; and sisters, Aurelia Vergara; Anna Feliciano; Gabriela Huertero; Hilda Huertero; Sabina Perez; Isabel Vergara; and Ortencia Romero.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday from Jendrzejewski Funeral Home, 21 S. Meade St., Wilkes-Barre. Friends may call after services until 8 p.m. Tuesday.

This is Etta, I was with Miguel for a few years. He truly a hard working man. Loved his family. I just learned of his passing. To his family my heart is heavy. To young to leave all of you. What a beautiful family I got to know. God bless you all.
