Patti was an amazing high school friend that I remember dearly. Much too young to be taken from her family. Rest in Peace, Patti.

I want to express my deepest sympathy to all of Patti's family and friends. Losing someone young and unexpectedly is not without deep pain. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I spent those first three tough years learning nursing at RPH with Patti as a classmate. Although I might have been more 'quiet' in my class, I remember everyone and admired them. I remember Patti as a fun-loving girl with a soulful smile. Living your life dedicated to being a nurse is not an easy road. I am sure Patti's life touched a lot of other's lives in ways she might not even have known. Patti's quote under her picture in our 'yearbook' was 'I am not afraid of tomorrow, for I have seen yesterday and I love today'. Life can bring harder challenges with age. Be fearless as you said when we were 'young little girls' and love your today wherever you are now. Fly high. I will not forget.
