On Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021, after contracting COVID-19, Susan Ebert went home into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Susan is survived by her husband of 20 years, David Ebert; and her beloved children, Jesse, Sarah and Jeremy.

Susan was born in Harding on April 7, 1959, to her parents, Joseph and Deloris Kastolonis. Sue worked as a law prevention officer and county correction officer. She was also a black belt in Karate and avid Green Bay Packers fan. She also loved her pet cat, Sylvester, and her beloved pet dog, Rocky.

Susan's greatest passion was for her family and her Lord Jesus Christ. She became an active member of Living Hope Bible Church and was involved in a number of ministries, including children's ministry, prayer group, fellowship meals, secret pals and the leadership board. Sue particularly loved ministering to others and sharing her faith. She was a true gift from God and she will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.

A special memorial service will be held in her honor at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, in Living Hope Bible Church, 35 S. Main St., Plains Twp. A light fellowship meal will be provided afterward.

All memorial contributions may be given to the Living Hope Bible Church.
