Walter J. "Butch" Scibek Jr., 65, of Luzerne, passed away suddenly Sunday, July 10, 2022, in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Twp.

He returned home, worked with Broody Tires and later retired from Prestige Delivery Systems, Wilkes-Barre.
He enjoyed his Grateful Dead music, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and playing the slots at the casino. He was a simple family man who was happy spending time with his family relaxing at home in his pool.

He will be sadly missed by his wife of more than 45 years, Michele; sons, Michael, Joseph and Brian; 10 grandchildren, including Joelle and Jaelynn; sisters, Teresa Scibek and Joan Scibek; and numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
