Wendi Lee Kelley
Wendi Lee Kelley, 51, of Plymouth, passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2018, at her home.

Born in Scranton on May 30, 1967, she was a daughter of Patricia Mercer Nayavich and the late Earl Rozelle.

She attended Dallas High School.

She was an avid skater and won second place in the Western Division of the Junior Olympics and went on to be an ice skating coach for 20 years, until her illness.

Wendi was also an advocate for the homeless. She had a passion for thrift stores and yard sales.

She is survived by her mother, Patricia Mercer Nayavich, and father, Joseph Nayavich Sr.; son, Christopher Fegal; daughters, Taylor Segars and partner, Christopher Robbinson; and Brittani Rivera and husband, Jose; brothers, Gregory Rozelle and wife, Michelle; and Joseph Nayavich Jr. and wife, Bonnie; sisters, Jacqueline Mills; and Amy Williams and husband, David; and eight grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. James Breese officiating.

Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service in First Baptist Church, Water Street, Pittston. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ruth's Place, 425 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.

I don't know how she didn't burn holes in the ice sometimes, she was so fiery! Missed in the rinks. Peace be with Wendi's family and friends.

Good-bye my friend I will always think of you and smile. Others will think of you and cry. Watch over them all sending a sign that you are now healthy and free. Keep your family tucked safely under your wings lift them up when they are sad and missing you. God Bless my friend. May you always be a reminder of the strength and faith you showed to your family and friends.

Greg -not sure if you'd remember me or not, we lived up the street from you on Pioneer Avenue. I am sorry to hear of Wendi's passing - that is very sad. Prayers and condolences to you and your family.
