My thoughts and prayers are with the Lybarger families. I remember Dale coming out to my family's farm to deliver gas when I was kid. He gave me my first airplane ride when he took Janice and I flying one afternoon. He flew over the farm so I could see it from the air. I still love to share that story.

Dale was a very friendly and terrific guy. His grin was engaging and his spirit was exuberant. We enjoyed working with him as a volunteer and appreciated the help he gave the American Red Cross during the floods last year. He will be missed.
