Don and Helen, both, were friends of my parents Dick and Dura Clark. I grew up hearing stories of the two of them as well as their daughter, Pattie. I don't know why I thought of Don tonight, but thanks to Google, I found this memorial. I am glad to see this.

Mr. Dittemore was my principal at Holiday so many years ago. I have been an educator for 40 years and I am confident that Mr. Dittemore influenced my philosophy of education. He was a kind, wise man. Everyone loved him dearly. What wonderful memories and such a fine example and mentor.
Mother and I extend our deepest sympathies to his family.
