Family members:
I did not know Mike was ill, and shall surely miss the times he and I shared for the last 8 years. He was the first Marine I met when I came to Florida. He was a fine man and a great Marine who did a lot for the children at Christmas. I shall miss him. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. The Corps will not be the same. Mike was a good man and a GREAT Marine. He was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
