What a day that will be, when Jesus I will see, when I look upon His face, the one who saved me by His grace.
Larry is now living this song. .. he's wirh Jesus, pain free and who knows what he is up to.... I'm sure it's incredible.
Meanwhile, you are left to finish the course that God has called you to. Larry lives on through each of you. ??

Sharon and Family, Larry will always be special to us. He loved God and was truly a servant, he made a difference. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy. When Larry and Art started their stories, I would take a seat, I knew it was never a few minutes and the laughter was infectious. Immanuel.

Sharon and family, as Carl and I sit here in Miss, talking and laughing about how Larry loved to cook and try those great southern dishes. We know that its hard right now but know that Larry is mixing up that good gumbo up in heaven. Keep him close in your heart and know that he lives on through each of you. We so sorry we couldnt make it out there but we will be coming in the near future. We love you and know that God has you at this time of sorrow and rejoice.

I was saddened to read of Larry's passing and this loss for your family.
Years ago I attended First Assembly of God when my children (Evan & Claire) were very young; during the leadership of Pastor Sandgren and Pastor Dow. I never really knew either of you at the time, but always sensed the special people that you are & watched your precious family grow. I viewed Larry as a man of integrity and God's dedicated servant with a BIG heart for everyone. That certainly is also reflected in the thoughts of others who knew him.
It was nice to connect with you, Sharon, when I was at FSGC for a short time in recent years.
I hold you & your family close to my heart and in my prayers. ~ Debra Fisher

Lovely tribute to a good man. Larry did not really start living until he met Sharon. Your sweet, loving devotion to him throughout your marriage was amazing. He loved you so. Chris, Joy and Mary you do know how much your father loved you and was very proud of each of you. His love for God is so comforting knowing he is happy and loved for eternity. My heart will always have a huge hole.

Stringfellow Family! My heartfelt sorrow for your loss. I'm an old friend from Hampton days. We were good buds till the early 80's then we went our own ways. I hope to see him again some day! Larry was an intense character back then and I can only imagine his drive towards his Family, Friends and God. I can picture him now, catching up & cackling with his Mother. She too, was a very special soul! I am so sorry that he has left us too soon and only the fact he is guided into the next realm as a well, fit, whole, loved soul makes it less painful. God Bless-Larry will live on through his Beautiful Wife and Children & Friends & Family. I love you though I never met ya'll, and the String Girls know I do too! Be Strong and Carry On! I'm sure Spot would want it that way! LOVE

Sharon & Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of cousin Larry's passing. It breaks my heart that we did not keep in touch and now it is too late. When we were younger Larry used to tell people he had a beard to cover up his horrible acne! I never saw the acne!! I remember fondly our trip to the Outer Banks, I believe it was 13 years ago (yikes), and all the coffee drinks he made. He was so proud of his family and rightly so. I've kept in touch with cousin Jean and she has filled me in on what wonderful children you have. What a wonderful tribute to your love and dedication to each other. Keep in your heart the wonderful memories. With love, Beth Hull (Biddle), Dale, Grant & Claire

When we first came to First Assembly of God, Larry was attending there and he had long hair and a long beard. I believe it was when he came home from bible college he had cut his hair and shaved his beard. Pastor Sandgren welcomed him home from the pulpit and said," Larry has com out from behind the bushes". Our thoughts are with you Sharon and family. Duane and Tammy Havens.
