Dear Cynthia,Dr Steve and families,

I just heard of your mom's death from Polly Torrence. I read in your mom's obituary that George preceded her and did not know that. I am extending my sympathies for the passing of both of your parents. Mom and Dad (Margie and Norman Rimes) held your parents in high esteem and cherished their friendship for over 50 years. I know that mom and Lottie were "telephone" friends when it got to the point that neither one could drive any more.
We will pray that with the passing of time the pain you feel at the recent loss of your mother (and father) is replaced by the peace and tranquility of memories of times past.

Dear George, Cynthia, Steve and families,

I just heard through a note from Polly that Lottie died earlier this month. I will always remember her as a warm and caring friend of mom and dad's (Margie and Norman Rimes). I know mom enjoyed the long friendship she had with both Lottie and George and only wished good health could have been enjoyed longer by all.
Thank you for sharing your wife/mom with all of us in the Rimes family for over 50 years. My family will hold yours in our prayers with the faith that time and good thoughts will heal the pain of your loss.

To The Family of Lottie Lucas

We extend to you our sincere sympathy at the passing of your loved one.
I worked with Lottie many years ago at Security Benefit Life Insurance Company when it was located at 7th and Harrison Sts. here in Topeka, Ks. There couldn't have been a more spiritual, friendly individual. It was a pleaure to have known Lottie.
God bless and keep you; and may He rest, rule and abide in your lives now and forever.
