Marie Stallbaumer Obituary

SENECA Marie E. Stallbaumer, 90, of Seneca, KS, died October 15, 2010 at Crestview Manor Nursing and Residential Living in Seneca. She was born January 1, 1920, on a farm north of Baileyville, Kansas, the daughter of Henry F. and Mary J. Runnebaum Olberding. On August 10, 1943, she married Norbert Stallbaumer at Sacred Heart Church at Baileyville; he preceded her in death on October 9, 1972. She is survived by her son, Thomas Stallbaumer of Seneca; six daughters, Doris Leonhart Fenton of Olathe, KS, Betty Bergman and Julie Strathman both of Seneca, Diane Hasenkamp of Axtell, KS, Nancy Miles of Lawrence, KS, and Karen Vicory of Topeka; a brother, Henry Olberding, Jr. of Beatrice, Nebraska, two sisters, Helen Bevans of Harrisburg, Oregon and Millie Bontrager of Seneca; nineteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. The Mass of Christian burial will be Monday, October 18, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Sts. Peter & Paul Church in Seneca. The burial will be in the church cemetery. The rosary will be prayed at the Lauer Funeral Home in Seneca on October 17, 2010 at 2 and 7 PM. Memorials may be given for Sts.
