During my career with IBM, I had many, many opportunities to work with Marion. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about his job, but his positive attitude about working through problems made working with him extremely satisfying. He was always up-beat and willing to work with others to get the job done.
After retirement, he was part of a 'coffee group' that met once a month. For many years, Marion took great delight in bringing some unusual tool or gadget to the breakfast and challenging everyone to guess what it was...rarely did we succeed and he always had a great time revealing the actual usage....it's no surprise that many of those gadgets pertained to golf...!

We will all miss our good friend....

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Marion for nearly fifty years. He was a good friend and an outstanding individual in so many ways. He leaves me with so many memories, all good.
