Elisa, Elvira, & Renato ~ I'm so sorry for your loss. There are just no words. My memories of Ricardo are isolated to a different time when he was Elisa's little brother and often around when we were playing. I remember we liked to be around Junior because he was older and little Ricardo was the cutest kid who was so shy. I can still picture him at that age because that's when I saw him the most. We'd all walk to school together and sometimes we'd raid Guthries candy counter on the way if we had change to buy chick-o-sticks and whatever other candy. I can see he grew up to be a fabulous human being and I know you're so proud. My heart is with you all. Much love.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Ricardo's passing. I worked with Ricardo in Topeka for many years and always found him to be a good and honest person. He was one of the hardest workers I've ever worked with and the friendliest too. I can remember many times seeing him with his kids and his sense of pride for his family. I am fortunate to have met Ricardo and feel inspired to be as genuinely nice. My sincere condolences, thoughts and prayers go to the Mireles family.

Words cannot express my sadness. I worked with Ricardo many years at Kmart. I can't remember a time I didn't see a smile in his face or a time he didn't have a positive attitude. He indeed was a special person. I feel lucky to have been a part of his life. To his parents, children, siblings, Stephanie, Alisha, and his many family and friends I hope you will all find comfort in the wonderful memories you shared and I pray God gives you all the peace that passes all understanding. He was an amazing person and will be sorely missed. I will cherish the fun memories I have of him always.

I keep thinking about the kids and how great of a father you were. How Tristan is about to start kindergarten and Larissa is graduating in a few years.
