So sorry. We all have lost a great guy. Rest in peace

A note to Lee's loved ones,
I started first grade with Lee (Butch). Even as a little child he was kind, thoughtful and a leader. After college, I lost touch and then connected again at a 50th high school reunion. All those qualities he had as a child were magnified now as an aging adult. He brought out the best in all of his classmates encouraging us and reminding us of the bonds that we shared growing up together. He also showed his great sense of humor by reminding us that none of us would get out of here alive.
We are never ready to say goodbye to those we love, but what a legacy he leaves to his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He was truly a good man. I know there must be a hole in your hearts right now with his passing, but his love will go with each of you and the values he taught you will pass down through generations.
Our sincere sympathy,
Niki and Roger Shepherd
